Any games to be scheduled at GT Community Park must be scheduled around the SJ league(SJSL/SJGSL) games.Teams may only schedule games at a 9:00AM time slot or 5:00 PM time slot prior to the league schedules being posted.Once the league schedules have been posted, teams will be notified when additional scheduling times at GT Park are available.

Note:  When booking the full 11v11 turf field, you MUST reserve both 9v9 turf fields for the same time.  The 11v11 turf field no longer shows up as a single field.

Instructions for scheduling a game time on Skedda:

1) Only schedule a time once you have confirmed your opponent.

2) Click on the field sheduling link (https://hysc.skedda.com/Booking).

3) For the desired field, click and slide to request a game time/length.Then click on the green 'Book' button near the top of the screen.

4) All game requests should be made back-to-back.

5) In the 'Booking title', enter your league (e.g EDP, Region 1 CL, etc.); your team name and gender (e.g. NJ Rush 02 Blue Boys), and your opponents name.

6) Field scheduling should be done in 120 minute increments for full-sided games,90 minute increments for small-sided games.

7) Any games that need to be scheduled or cancelled within 7 days of the game need to e-mail Dawn Valente ([email protected]).  Any teams that cancel games within 7 days of the scheduled start may still be responsible for referee fees (not including cancellations due to weather).
