All HYSC programs use an online registration process. In order to select a program and register, existing members can begin by logging into your exiting account. New members without an account in our online system should begin by creating an account with hysc.org.
Once logged in, the My Account dashboard will show participants (players) that have been added to the parent account, as well as open orders, account balances, and volunteer opportunities available. From the ‘My Account’ screen locate the ‘Participants’ panel. If no participants display or new participants need to be added, please follow the instructions for adding participants.
Available Programs
In the participants panel, a notification button appears on the participant card displaying a number of ‘Programs Available!’. Tap or click the ‘Programs Available’ button to begin the program selection for the player.

Select a program
Available HYSC programs will appear for each participant who is eligible based on the participant's birth year. To view available in-house programs, tap or click on the arrow next to the upcoming seasonal year's 'Intra-Club Program (Intramurals/YDP). The in-house program that the participant is eligible for will display with the appropriate birth year for the participant. Tap or click ‘Select’ on the program card to select the program for the participant. Repeat this for each participant who will be registered, then tap or click 'Continue' to begin the registration process.

Complete the Registration Questions
Follow the on screen instructions and complete the required registration questions and view/accept the NJYS medical release, player agreement, and waiver. In-House programs DO NOT require a birth certificate or an out of state player form to be completed. Those steps may be skipped and left blank.
Requests for a specific coach, teammates, team, or special needs
Use the field titled 'Please list any requests (team, coach, etc.)' to request the participant be placed with certain teammates, with a specific coach or on a specific team. Please indicate the teammate(s), coach name or team name being requested in the field.
Get Involved! Volunteer to coach or help with the in-house programs
After completing the program question, the next screen will display volunteer opportunities available to the account holder and any secondary parent profiles on the account. HYSC is an all volunteer club serving 500 in-house players in our community each season. We strongly request considering to volunteer to coach a youth team, or sign up an intramural vounteer to help with our practice and game day activities. Select a volunteer role and follow the on screen instructions to complete the required additional information questions and proof of identity questions for the volunteer(s). View/accept the authorization for background check and the coach compliance document required by the state. In-house programs only DO NOT require a concussion certificate, a coaching certificate or a safesport form to be completed. Those steps may be skipped and left blank.

Checkout and complete the registration
After proceeding to the order summary and to the checkout screen, complete the payment information and submit the order! A confirmation email will be delivered to the address on file indicating next steps for the program. Thanks for being a member of one of the best youth soccer programs in South Jersey!
